Due to continued growth and expansion one of our market leading Mortgage Broker business partners require an ambitious and organised individual to conduct outbound calls to warm leads to set appointments for company advisers, based from home in the North West region
This role will be home based making outbound calls to warm leads passed from in house lead sources. You will be confident at speaking with people from all walks of life and should be capable of converting leads into appointments.

What you`ll be doing:
- Outbound B2C phone based role
- Calling warm leads which have been generated from in house lead generators
- Speaking with homeowners and homebuyers
- Converting leads into appointments
- Working closely with the team to ensure all leads are handled and reported on
What experience will you need?
- Proven sales and/or telesales experience within a high volume environment
- The ability to qualify leads quickly and close deals via the telephone
- A good level of IT skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and with excellent literacy skills
- Great communication skills
- Show resilience and great tenacity
- Be hard working, ambitious and competitive, motivated by goals and targets
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to stand out and thrive within a fast paced environment
