Our client in Northampton is one of the largest staffing firms in the world, employing more than 150,000 contract professionals for more than 4,600 clients worldwide delivering customized, strategic staffing solutions to global clients across a variety of industries.
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers and 3rd parties, who will be requesting information on the progress of a compliant or enquiries as to whether PPI was in place. You will be responsible for validating customers whilst on the phone and you will be using multiple systems at once. You will be investigating enquiries and relaying the information clearly back to the customer/ 3rd party. This role includes data entry whilst assisting callers on the phone, therefore time management is essential.
Competencies: Excellent writing skills, strong verbal communication, high attention to detail, confident in working in a fast-paced environment

Experience: Contact centre experience is highly desirable.
