Telephone Account Manager

OneFamily is recruiting for a Telephone Account Manager to join our fast paced and dynamic central Brighton office. We are looking for someone who will support the sales and marketing function to deliver a significant contribution to OneFamily new business objectives, through existing and new intermediaries.

Purpose of Role

To develop, assist and manage intermediary accounts, maximising sales and revenue within agreed budgets over the telephone

To provide ongoing service to the intermediary to ensure ongoing business opportunities are maximised

Via outbound product specific campaigns, prospect for new accounts to introduce the product suite of OneFamily

Provide support to the Sales and Service Manager for all matters relating to the lifetime of each key account including the identification and development of new intermediary brokers.

  • Industry knowledge - Demonstrates sufficient awareness and understanding of industry trends and developments. Is able to interpret the impact of competitor and regulatory actions on our business

  • Customer focus - You appreciate the impact of your individual actions and collective behaviours in relation to the effect upon the customer of the process, service or product provided. In doing so, you take appropriate action to ensure that the customer experience is positive, or take steps to ensure the customer outcome is aligned to our responsibilities and culture

  • Team working & collaboration - You’re known for contributing readily to ensure the success of the whole, bringing energy, motivation and new ideas to drive performance

  • Results focus - Motivated to achieve objectives and targets with a continuous focus on doing the right things in the right way to ensure sustainability

  • Influencing - Having the ability to demonstrate to others the rationale and need for a course of particular thought or action. In doing so, persuades opinion to allow others to understand and buy in to the position you are taking.
