telemarketing, telesales executives and team leader up to 23k basic 35k OTE Crewe

One of the UK’s fastest growing security providers to schools, nursery’s, colleges, care homes and private businesses alike. Sport and leisure centres, gym's, transport and logistics, hotels and hospitality are also growing markets for their biometric products and solutions.

As a manufacturer, they are able to provide end user clients on a contract / rental basis which keeps the cost down and makes it more affordable than their competitors as they will install and maintain the equipment themselves. This is very much a commercial telesales and telemarketing role with a consultative (not pushy) approach as you would expect when talking about security in schools and nursery’s etc. nor is it a technical sales roles as you are si,ply sellingthe service / solution. The targets are realistic and achievable.

This is a small and growing UK and European team so the prospects for growth and personal development are strong either into management or field sales.

This role is targeted on booking qualified appointments for the BDM's to sit in the field and the expectation is that you will book 2-3 per day to achieve an OTE of £35,000

The Candidate

An energetic, articulate, and self-motivated person, that wants to succeed and progress their career. You don’t need to have industry experience but must have previous telephone based experience; this is about someone who has the attitude and appetite to be part of a special team, enjoy your work and be successful. Candidates with a proactive outbound contact centre or telesales experience will fit in very easily. We are looking for x2 new people to expand our small team and grow together.

Our offices are based in Crewe and you will need to be able to drive to get to us. The working hours are Monday to Friday office hours with no shift work so may be a welcome relief to someone form a call centre type environment looking to plan and manage their own diary in a more friendly and relaxed area.

The Role

You will be calling customers from various sources primarily booking appointments for our sales team, quoting and closing your own opportunities as well as cleansing the data by getting key updates and questions answered. You will be updating our records and getting £££ for every record you successfully update and £££ for every appointment you book for our sales team as well as commission on sales made from appointments you have booked. There is a full induction programme and on the job training to support your development.

The Package

Up to 23k basic based on experience, plus commission OTE 35k but it is uncapped so you can earn as much as your success deserves.
