Overview of role This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person to join our Client's Corporate B2B Sales Team based in their prestigious offices in Chester.
Your role is to support the Sales Executives and Regional Sales Managers by contacting non-active customers, qualifying, assisting and converting them into active customers. You will also be assisting the team with market research using media tools. You will be given full training and if you are successful and ambitious you could become a Sales Executive within 12 months. You will need a natural flair for sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Using regional and national media to identify new prospects. Using Market Research to identify new customers. Manage the new relationship up to a point of transfer the prospect to the active team. Nurturing that prospect to a point of making them 'active’ Contact customers on the sales database, qualify and update in the CRM system. Liaising with customers by telephone in a confident manner. Ensuring information is communicated quickly and accurately. Maintenance of customer records. Checking the accuracy of documentation.
Excellent Telephone Skills Experience with a telesales or telemarketing background. Experience within an account management/ customer service role. Good with people and developing relationships. Excellent IT skills including been proficient in Excel and Outlook. Reliable and self-driven.
