My client is an established telecommunications company with 3 already successful offices looking to open up a new venture in the Southampton area.
You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and on-going monitoring of telemarketers who will be booking appointments for field sales staff.
This, in principle, will become a "business within a business" and you will be given autonomy to grow the department as you see fit. You will need to be business focused, tenacious, motivated and enjoy a challenge!
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in building telemarketing departments, with a background in telecommunications advantageous but not essential.
In return, you will be given a basic salary of up to £35k dependant on experience with generous commission structure.
