An exciting 3-4 month temporary opportunity with a prestigious brand based in Milton Keynes. Delivering exceptional customer service, responsible for outbound calling to deliver a marketing questionnaire, record and action customers feedback.
Ideally you will have previous contact centre/customer service experience, be proactive, enthusiastic and thrive within a busy environment, be aspired to achieve KPI’s.
Confident in your communication, with good PC skills, to include Microsoft Office. Take ownership and work within guidelines, prioritise and organise own work to ensure individual and team target are achieved whilst maintaining department SLA’s.
