Our client has been awarded the 'Best Tech Place to Work Award' for the second year running and are now looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join their amazing team. They are one of the fastest growing IT Businesses in Yorkshire with over 80 employees. Based between Leeds and Tadcaster, in a rural setting where table tennis, barbeques and outdoor meetings happen on a weekly basis.
Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, generating your own sales leads and booking appointments for the sales team. It is important to be skilled in effective questioning techniques to be able to ascertain during the cold call whether the business is likely to require the sort of services we supply. This will enable you to talk about the appropriate benefits of our products and services and ensure that only good quality sales appointments are made.
Established customer service skills with a commitment to succeed and achieve targets are key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, bright and ready to take on the challenge of a proactive outbound sales role, once you have built your knowledge within the industry this role could move into more of an account manager’s position for the right candidate.
