Telemarketing Customer Service Advisor

Immediate Start - No previous experience required - No cold calling.

Due to the rapid growth my client is looking for both full and part time Telemarketing Customer Service Advisors to work from their head office.

You will be technically minded and thrive in a target orientated environment whist being able to deliver outstanding customer service.

Your Responsibilities -

*To speak to existing clients either as they call in or at scheduled times.
*To speak to new clients and referrals as we receive a steady stream of new
clients daily due to our nationwide presence.
*Establish new relationships and assist clients wherever necessary.

About you -

You need to be outgoing with an excellent telephone manner; No experience is necessary as it is all included in the training!

In return you can expect (both roles):

A basic salary of £18,000-20,000 plus commissions and bonuses, with OTE of £30,000-£35,000 p.a

Flexible working hours (30-40 hours per week over 4-5 days with some evening work involved (only until 7pm)).

Genuine career progression into a range of legal or financial services with full training provided

28 days annual holiday (inc. Bank Holidays) increasing with length of service
