Job Title: Telemarketer / Sales Support

Hours: Full time

Location: Ilkley

Salary: £18,000 + commission

Our award winning client are seeking to expand their forward thinking, fast paced and dynamic telemarketing team with several new professionals to join them in March / April 2018 following an office relocation to a brand new building with state of the art facilities!

Our client operates predominately in the financial and legal fields and have an extensive client base so the ability to deal with high volume is essential for this role! You will be working in a friendly yet dynamic team who all believe in working towards the same goal and driving the business forward together.

As a telemarketer you will be working towards targeted marketing campaigns and generating high quality leads for the sales team. You will be given a targeted database of client to work on which you will be expected to saturate within a given timeframe. You will need to have the ability to quickly establish and build relationships with clients and keep them engaged at all times. This is an incredibly varied and fast paced role so the ability to work well under pressure is essential and having proven experience of this would be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate:

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communicator and telephone manner

  • Previous experience in a targeted, customer/client driven role

  • Experience of selling including upselling and cross selling

  • Ability to build a rapport with clients via telephone

  • Good team player

    This role will suit someone with previous experience in a customer service environment and who is looking to secure a long term permanent position. You must be target driven and results focused but no previous sales experience is necessary.
