Why this position? Solid basic salary starting at £17,270 - £18,286 time off work……….. The role? Spend 80% of their time on the phone talking to charity supporters, Spend 20% of your time doing a mixture of the following, Quality Monitoring calls within the Retention & Administration team.
Quality Monitor calls from agencies calling on retention campaigns. Deliver constructive feedback to members of the team following quality monitoring of their calls. Support their line manager in successfully delivering campaigns within the agreed Telefundraising budget. Support the team by answering questions, queries and deputising in line managers absence.
Hours of work, 12-8 Monday to Friday no weekends!!
