A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a people focused team in a fast growing telecommunications and IT company based in Bredbury, Stockport. We are recruiting for an experienced Telecoms Support Advisor professional who has a keen interest in technology. Salary up to £22000 plus an extensive benefits package

About The Role:
· Troubleshooting faults via telephone and email with customers and 3rd party providers
· Solving problems and offering advice
· Raising 3rd party faults and managing communication
· Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
· Be great with customers and enjoy the satisfaction of helping them resolve faults and get to the bottom of problems
· Be reliable and responsible with a reputation for delivering on your promises
· Be highly proactive and work well with others to get the job done
· Enjoy building relationships, always looking for ways to make life easier for our customers
· Use your organisational skills to juggle priorities
· Thrive on continuously learning and working at a fast pace in an ever-changing environment

Essential Skills & Experience
· Business to business customer service in a telecoms technical support capacity
· Working in a small, growing business
· Technical problem solving
· Computer literate - MS Office Suite
· Good standard of general education (9 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent)
· Specific experience of working with our products / partners would be an advantage (BT Open Reach, Gamma, Zen Internet)
