Title: Telecoms Supervisor

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am-17:00pm

Salary: Negotiable - dependent on experience

Currently recruiting for the position of Supervisor covering Crawley, Eastbourne, Brighton, and Kent area the position to be field-based.

As the supervisor, you will be responsible for the control of your designated projects or assigned tasks as well as ensuring that all documentation, services, and processes are completing in line with the need of the business.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Overall Supervision of a number of site crews carrying out civil works on underground Telecommunication networks

Compliance with road works signing, lighting, and guarding

Responsible for all site works, methodology, and network build approach

Construction of underground chambers and the erection of communication street-side cabinets

Installation of telecoms ducting and associated works

Complete stock checks when required

Responsible for site inspections

Supervision of the day to day project delivery within the geographical area including on-time delivery to client requirements, safety, quality, street works, supplier performance, and improvement

Desirable:

Telecoms experience

Utility Civils background

Supervisor experience

NRSWA Supervisor accreditations

Full UK drivers license
