Our Global client within telecommunications services provides a complete bespoke range of telecommunications solutions.
There is now a requirement for an experienced Telecommunications Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Service team based their Cardiff office. It is essential for this role that the successful candidate has a proven track record in Customer Service within a B2B environment.
This role will be mainly based on provisioning lines, calls, BB, data, and mobiles whilst ensuring a high standard of Customer Service is given at all times. The candidate will also have to cover a range of duties to include, day- to- day management for designated accounts, customer queries, fault logging, trouble shooting and billing issues.
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal staff and external customers. It is essential you have the ability to prioritise work, keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining good levels of accuracy and concentration. You will have a 'can do' attitude, have good problem solving skills and be a team player. Computer literacy is essential.
The ideal candidate would have experience working within a fixed line environment and have a good understanding of telecoms products and services such as WLR, ISDN, PSTN, PBX's and mobiles. However candidates with no previous telecoms experience will be considered as long as they have the right qualities in customer service and a willingness to learn new skills.
