The successful candidate will be required to respond to calls verbally to vulnerable adults living on their own. It would be ideal that the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a high pressured Contact centre environment and delivering high standards of customer service.
The duties will include working with various computer-based systems daily and will be required to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
We require people who are willing to work unsocial hours mainly nights and at weekends. These are the shifts you will be working in rotation:
10:00-18:00 shift Monday to Friday
16:00-00:00 shift Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:00
05:00-13:00 Monday to Friday
13:00-22:00 Monday to Friday
13:00-22:00 Saturday and Sunday
All these posts are to undertake a Criminal Record check on unspent convictions and must have a clean drivers licence.
