My client is looking for a sales driven telesales executive to join their team to drive the sales of their talent management software to potential clients. You will be selling a talent management software which enables organisation to improve the quality of new hires, facilitates internal mobility and succession and manage the new hires performance. As a telesales executive you will be expected to do:
• Book presentation and meeting with targeted business
• To establish a relationship with the decision makers in the targeted business
• To meet and exceed KPI’s regarding outbound calls
• To maintain the sales database by keeping it up to date and clean
