TEFL Teacher Training Programme for Graduates

My client specialises in assisting foriegn teachers and interns in pursuing the teaching career of their dreams in China. They are one of the biggest human resources centres for foriegners in Shangai (China).

This programme is available to help graduates become fully fledged TEFL teachers after receiving training during the orientation week. Then they will be assigned to a school to gain teaching experience. This programme is designed for fresh graduates with a Bachelors' degree - no teaching experience is required.


Native English speaker from US, UK, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand OR Non-native speaker obtaining BA or MA from native speaking countries (due to visa issues).

BA degree or above

Must have graduated within the last 5 years

Must hold a TEFL/TESOL certificate (no teaching experience is required)

Clean criminal background

Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken

Friendly and active personality

Disciplined and strong work ethics

Willing to learn and experience a new culture


Monthly salary of 10,000 - 12,000 RMB (£1100+ to £1300+)

12 months contract

Free shared or single accommodation

Couples accepted

After working for 5 months, you will get 4000RMB for flight ticket allowance. If you complete the one year contract, you will receive 4000RMB towards flight ticket fares.
