Your new role
Project Detail: To create supporting documentation that enables users (including developers) to understand OS data products and APIs, reducing their time to value.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Confident self-starter with proven ability to plan, develop, organise and write operational procedures, product manuals in conjunction with engineering, data and product teams.
  • Extensive experience in a technical writing role either in a data, software or technology business with published work across technologies such as web application / REST API / JSON / XML / Javascript / SSO
  • Track record working in user-centred design working alongside developers, content designers, product managers to support product go-to-market plans and ongoing support issues.

What you'll get in return
6 month contract - with potential for a further 3 month extension. This contract sits inside of IR35
