Technical Writer / Author

A successful, award-winning, global software platform provider and is looking for a skilled Technical Writer / Author to join the team.

You will join a talented, friendly team where you can really influence this market-leading product while further developing your skills. This is a team with a serious work ethic but also makes time for a bit of fun along the way!

As Technical Writer / Author you will create software, training and help centre articles, working alongside translators to create a professional and consistent tone. You can bring your great organisational and excellent written communication skills to this role along with your problem-solving abilities. This is also an opportunity to bring your broad understanding of technical concepts.

As Technical Writer / Author you will be able to demonstrate:

- Good research skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- MS Office or similar.
- HTML and CSS knowledge.
- A background in technical communications is preferred, but not essential.
- Jira/Confluence knowledge would be a bonus.
- Previous experience as a Writer / Author.

In return, the Writer / Author will receive a salary of £25,000 - 35,000 per annum DOE plus great benefits including good holiday allowance, pension, company trips and breakfast!
