Our client is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join their team in providing front line support within their customer service department, being a point of contact for the customer and departments within the company. You will be handling all incoming service requests in a prompt and effective way where technical support is required.
You must be a team player to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. The SAP system will be your primary tool for this.
A proven track record in a technical capacity within a motor vehicle workshop, or technical environment is essential to this role.
