Working in their inbound contact centre, providing technical support to their world-wide client base, you will be talking to customers in straightforward terms to help them with any technical support they require.

To be considered for the role, you will have a minimum of 3 years in a technical support/customer service role, with experience of troubleshooting home wireless, audio and Bluetooth technologies. You must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to translate technical information into non-technical advice and support over the phone.

The successful candidates will be flexible, open to learning new technologies and flexible within their working hours.

The permanent hours of each shift are 2pm-10pm, 4.30pm-12.30am, or 6pm-2am, covering Monday-Saturday, and hours after 6pm are paid at a higher rate.
