Technical Support

Working as Technical Support for this extremely successful telecommunications company you will be part of a sociable team of 12 dealing with 1st line support calls on a B2B basis logging and trying to rectify faults. This role will provide full training, 25 days holiday, car parking and a fun working environment. The 1st Line Support duties will include:

  • Working within a customer service help desk environment, handling inbound calls and emails to assist customers with a variety of product related questions or issues

  • Liaising with mobile network providers to diagnose connectivity issues

  • Completing product investigations, creating support tickets and following up

The ideal candidate for this role will have;

  • Experience in customer support/customer services or alternatively you may have been working in an electronics/Telecomms/IT environment, fault finding or repairing equipment

  • The ability to pick up technical knowledge and be PC literate, including Microsoft office

  • Electronic principles - BTEC, ONC or similar qualification passed or other higher level qualification i.e. A Level, NVQ, ONC

  • Customer Service related qualification

The company is based in Harefield therefore a car driver is essential, hours of work are 9:00-17:30 Monday - Friday.
