Are you a problem solver with hands-on skills in electronics and networking?

Are you looking to gain further experience within the IT and Electronics sector?

Are you customer focussed and have excellent communication skills?

If yes, then we may have the right role for you.

Working within a small professional team you will provide telephone and face-to-face technical support for customers including PC and network configurations.

Our client offers on the job training and over time you will be able to support customers, quickly appreciate a customer’s problem and be able to follow a logical path to a resolution; often by directing a customer to diagnose over the phone.

You must:

  • Have a friendly and patient manner with an excellent customer focus.
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Have knowledge of PC software (Windows, Office, Browsers, Smart Mobile Phones)
  • Have a willingness to learn.
