A very exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic company working in the field of telecommunications. This position will suit someone with some IT training who is looking for a ground floor opportunity where for the right person the prospects are boundless as the business is expanding at a pace.

Duties will include:

The role involves handling calls from customers to assist them with technical issues as well as email correspondence and live-chat.

The ideal candidate:

It is absolutely essential that you are a Networking and Command expert and have a good knowledge of Mac.
An excellent command of the English language;
Outgoing and friendly but more important you must be calm and patient.

Working within a small team you will be expected to work shifts to include one weekend in four but with overtime for the weekend cover. There will be at least 2 months training and shadowing to give you the tools for the job.


You will be offered a competitive salary of between: £18,000 - £20,000 plus overtime which will be reviewed after one year.

Monday to Friday either: 8.00 until 4.00 or 10.00 until 6.00. Currently one weekend in four with paid overtime.
