My client is a Leading Communications and Technology Company based in new spacious and modern offices and located near to the Romford, Essex location. They are one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK.

They are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Support Engineer - 1st Line - 2nd Line to provide 1st and 2nd line customer support to existing and new customers across all elements of Voice over IP.


  • 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will diagnose customer service problems and log fault tickets with suppliers

  • Troubleshooting problems for first time resolution of issues

  • Manage ADSL orders and faults

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support via email and phone to partners and end customers

  • Keep accurate records on Service Management and CRM Systems


  • Experience working in a 1st line technical support role, either in IT / Telecoms or for an ISP

  • Technical Support Engineer with knowledge of Data Networks and Voice over IP (VoIP)

  • Passion for technology and enjoy working with people

  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, be highly efficient, solutions orientated
