Product Support Team Leader
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000
Are you a people person that thrives off operating a successful team of technically minded people? Someone who understands the importance of a technical support team - how they assist the Engineers, Customers and Clients and knows that their team is almost the face of an organisation.
A client based in Brighton is seeking someone who can spot the patterns in complaints / difficulties with insulation's, who knows that monitoring and sharing this information is important to the progression of the products that the company design and manufacture. A team leader who can ensure that their team are working towards a Service Level Agreement whilst offering world class customer service.
We are looking for -
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload, keeping calm under pressure and make difficult decisions - as and when required
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Experience dealing with complex technical product or site issues offering support over the phone.
