My Client is a world leading software company that specialises in data solutions for diagnosing and treating genetic disease.

This role is targeted at an Technically minded individual looking to make the next step in their career. The individual should be have worked in a customer facing technical team or environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

You will be tasked with providing product support and scientific advice to customers, performing initial troubleshooting and escalating cases throughout the case management process. The main responsibilities of this role will include troubleshooting, investigating and performing root cause analysis for all technical issues. Experience of SQL and CRM would be beneficial.
