Our client is a leading global brand and is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist .
Reporting to the Global Service Delivery Manager, the support specialist plays an integral role in the support and delivery and overall user experience of the employee Digital Workplace services as well as supporting the new desktop services delivery roadmaps. You will contribute to the continual service improvement focus by ensuring improvement initiatives are identified to ensure new and existing desktop products continue to meet the customer and business objectives alongside offering objective advice, expertise and specialist skills.
We are looking for a social technician with strong communication skills who is passionate about technology and has the ability to build rapport, interact and train users on how to get the most from Office 365.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience of the current Application, Infrastructure landscape & topology
Knowledge of Office 365
Experience in building or managing services or applications
Support / Troubleshooting experience
Experience of Digital strategy development and implementation;
Experience of Supplier Management
