My client is currently looking for a Technical Support Service Manager to join their existing team of 6 with the aim of taking the team “to the next level”.

Your responsibilities would include meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs, looking at new ways to offer customers technical support and developing an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products.
