Our client is 5 years old, has over 80 employees spread across 3 international offices, and is a SaaS based social audience intelligence platform. They are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join their close-knit Products team.
This position will report into the Product Manager and will oversee and provide technical support to clients via Zendesk and online chat, as well as managing any internal technical issues. You will also provide analysis and feedback to the Product team to help improve customer experience.
Suitable candidates for this role will ideally be a graduate in computer science, business, or other relevant field, with a strong technical background and in-depth understanding of SaaS. You will need to have excellent communication skills and able to simply communicate complex information to non-technical personal. You will need to be a fast learner and have a keen interest in technology.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of between £30 - £35k.
