Technical Support Executive (Helpdesk)
£20'000-£25'000 DOE
Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

We are currently seeking an IT helpdesk superstar who is looking for a technical support/helpdesk role.
You could be an IT graduate who also enjoys customer service... alternatively you could be a highly skilled 1st line support engineer.

The essentials are that you are technically minded and can work in an office environment... eventually you will be required to visit customer sites for on site support.

Although we are looking for an IT helpdesk exec it is essential you enjoy answering calls and emails and helping clients in quite highly stressful situations.

Duties include:

  • Providing helpdesk support to customers who are in contract with the company
  • Providing 1st line support
  • Answering a high volume of emails regarding issues
  • Providing a detailed analysis of fault finding
  • Installation of products on site
