Provide proactive service and efficient client resolutions, including disaster recovery solutions.
Deliver technical support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
Assist in hardware and software deployment projects, occasionally traveling across regions.

Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a diverse client environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, networking, backup solutions, and relevant systems.
Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, Endpoint Manager, and similar platforms.
Experience with Hyper-V/VMware and familiarity with Linux system administration.
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls.
Familiarity with ITIL operations and a valid driving license.

Desired Skills:
Experience with products such as Cisco, Meraki, Veeam, Aruba, Draytek, HP, etc.
