Length:
- 6 Months (5 days per week)


Role:
I am looking for a Technical Support Analyst to be based in Hinckley from Monday to Wednesday and Weekends. Working hours are 1.00pm to 9.00pm on the weekday and 9.00am to 5.30pm on Weekends

Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Windows 2016 server administration, basic configuration and
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Relevant experience of managing and maintaining supporting peripheral equipment including routers, switches and hubs
- Ability to work well within a team as well as on their
- Experience of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, G-Suite, File Servers and Veeam Backup &
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide advice to non-technically aware
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
