Technical Support Engineer


We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join an expanding and innovative company at their Head Office in Bristol. The primary goal of the Technical Support Engineer is to provide integration support to customers that are integrating our client's software solutions.

The successful Technical Support Engineer will work closely with customers to guarantee they achieve the functionality required, ensuring that the software does all they need it to and that it flows as it should. The Technical Support Engineer will also create/update both internal and external documentation around products and serve as a point of contact for colleagues who have technical integration queries.

Skills and experience required for the Technical Support Engineer:

  • Experience of coding in either C#, C++ or Java.
  • Anunderstanding of Windows/Linux operating system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of coding in Objective-C is advantageous.
