Technical Support Engineer

My client, a leading IT services organisation, are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer based from a site in Yeovil for a 3 month rolling contract


The successful Technical Support Engineer will provide technical leadership and support for the diagnosis of client fault calls or to engineering personnel
Key Responsibilities

  • Fault diagnosis
  • Remotely fix calls to remove the need for an onsite visit
  • Attend site to fix / advise on any issues that couldn't be resolved remotely
  • To ensure help desk, is updated on call progress, fix or future action and likely timescales

Pay rate - £140p/d (through ltd/umbrella company)
