Our client, a passionate and innovative company who provide vital IT solutions to clients, is looking for a dynamic and technically minded person to join their successful team.
The company are very successful in their industry and are currently looking to bring on board an experienced IT Support Engineer (2nd line) If you have experience in a similar role previous this could be the ideal career move for you!
- Supporting software and hardware to customers.
- Working on the technical help desk, providing support via telephone and email
- Escalation of technical issues when required
- Liaising with suppliers when needed
Do you have excellent communication skills and have an eye for resolving technical problems and issues?! You would be great for the role we have available at the moment.
Due to the market you will be assisting fluent polish language skills would be beneficial but are by no means essential!
