Technical Support Consultant Global Software Vendor

Are you looking to join one of the world’s leading data management disruptors, if so then read on, as there is an exciting opportunity to become a Technical Support Consultant? The main objective for the Consultant is to provide support, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolving technical issues via email, telephone and remote sessions.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;-
• Working within a technical support environment.
• Provide internal and external support.
• Knowledge of Networking technologies, especially cloud-based
• Windows Server Administration tasks and processes
• Programming language and/or scripting skills
• Driving licence and option to use a car occasionally
• Understanding of relevant ITIL best practices and ISO certifications
