Technical Support Analyst

Our client, a successful payments provider is growing their business. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, develop your career and work with a diverse fast paced team.

They are looking for technical minded person to work as an integration support analyst. This person will provide first line support to customers and be the main point of contact for all integration issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide integration support to customers that are integrating the payment solutions
  • To liaise with clients to ensure that the product has been implemented successfully and that the product is working at the best functionality possible and that the software is doing what it should.
  • To keep on top of the live implementations and make sure you full understand the solutions offering so to best assist clients.
  • Create documentation around product and use as a knowledge handbook
  • Contribute to other projects where required

Key Experience:

  • Customer centric approach with strong customer service skills is a must
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload and to identify high priority tasks
  • You should be able to give technical explanations to customers with limited technical understanding
  • Experience of coding in Objective-C would be a plus or a desire to learn
  • Experience of coding in at least one of the following languages: C#, C++, Java
  • A good understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience of Web technologies including CSS, HTML, PHP
  • Experience of the payments industry or Fintech would be a bonus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
