Technical Support Analyst

Excellent opportunity to gain all round IT support and development skills:

  • Investigate customer issues following the defined Support process
  • Manage customer communication for support issues
  • Help support Internal IT requirements
  • Perform pro-active incident management to reduce the number of open incidents
  • Perform technical investigations
  • Work within small development projects
  • Perform technical Investigations and manage Jira issues to resolution
  • Liaise with other technical resources to ensure issues are resolved in the required SLA timescales
  • Participate in UK Development projects working with the teams in both the UK and Sri Lanka

Role, technical or sector experience required:

  • Database Systems - Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
  • Microsoft operating systems - Windows Server
  • Microsoft Office
  • Extensive knowledge of the Software development life cycle
  • NHS/ HealthCare Industry experience(not essential)
  • Java / Angular / HTML 5
