Technical Support Engineer is required to join a leading company from their office based in London providing internal IT support across all levels.
The role will involve supporting a large internal user base through identifying, prioritising, and diagnosing technical issues proceeding to resolutions. This is a varied Technical Support role including remote support, telephone, email and in-office support such as configuring network and PC software for new members of staff. The role will include 1st and 2nd line support along with some occasional 3rd line support
The successful Technical Support Analyst will ideally have 2+ years' experience in a similar service Technical Support role and will preferable possess a relevant qualification (ITIL, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+).
My client is looking for someone with experience of:
- Windows desktop systems - 7 through to 10
- Windows Server operating systems - 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Active Directory
- Exchange / Office 365
- Telephony systems
- Any experience within the legal sector would also be highly desirable but is not required
As this role will involve liaising with third party suppliers your communication skills, both written and verbal, must be exemplary.
