What will I be doing in this role?
You’ll be supporting customers with technical issues on behalf of a much loved brand, delivering excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey and demonstrating a positive and responsive attitude on each call.
What do you need from me?
Contact centre experience would be a bonus but it’s not an essential requirement. As long as you have proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills, good IT skills and you’re a fan of technology then you’re a perfect fit for this role!
These roles are temporary for 12 weeks with a view to achieve a permanent contract.

Work patterns will be based on 40 hour per week. You’ll be working on a rota shift pattern, 5 out of 7 days between Monday - Sunday 7.55am - 8pm. We also have a part time role which you can create a fixed 20hr per week fixed shift that works for you. You will be required to do 3 weeks full time training.
