We have amazing opportunities for you to work within our Exeter office, representing an award winning retailer, John Lewis.
In this role, you will be providing help and support for John Lewis customers, who have purchased an item through the Electrical & Home Technology department. As part of our technical team, you will become an expert in Televisions and Home Tech, PC’s and Software or Home Appliances. You will assist with a range of enquiries from technology set up, to troubleshooting over the phone.
We will always work together to help wow customers on every call, with a guided training program to help you get there.

This is a full time vacancy on a 37.5 hour contract. Our opening hours are 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm Saturday and 10am - 6pm Sunday.
Position closing date - Friday 26th October
Starting date - Monday 12th November.
