Our client, a national organisation is currently seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join their Gloucestershire operation on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic environment.
As a Technical Support Advisor, you would work on cases that are referred by the Web team.
Skills and knowledge:
- Previous experience of technical support and troubleshooting is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
