Our client, a market leading and highly successful and technology company in the US that has now begun their eagerly awaited launch into the UK market. They now seek a motivated and dynamic Technical Support Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to their clients and end users, assisting in the resolution of all product related issues and queries.

You will enjoy a varied role, in which, you will be pro-active in your development of product and technical knowledge, enabling you to support co-workers, clients and end users in all facets of product operation.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, being quick to understand and deal with any issues to efficiently guide them to a satisfactory resolution. You will administrate and analyse faults and report trends and improvements which will drive an improved user experience. The delivery of excellent customer service is paramount, communicating with stake holders at all levels to overcome complaints and enhance relationships. Working closely with all team members and assisting across all facets of the business, you will embrace a variety of challenges on a daily basis.

Not only will you benefit from an excellent remuneration package of £20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience), you will also receive detailed training on both the product and the sector in which you will be working.
