Technical Support Advisor

Our client are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Advisor, who is a customer-focused team player, to join their well established Resource Team based in Middlewich.

You will be responsible for providing an important supportive and troubleshooting solving role to their delivery and assessing teams that use their award winning E-Portfolio. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience in teaching, learning and assessment through digital means.

  • Responding to staff enquiries by telephone and email - able to talk about digital in simple terms

  • Processing industry specific content to ensure that it meets key stakeholders requirements

  • Advancing complex customer enquiries to the appropriate escalation point

  • Working with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met

  • Maintaining user guides and other training materials

  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

  • A knowledge of the assessment requirements and processes

  • Analytical and diagnostic skills - ability to understand, internet and provide a resolution to a problem within an agreed timescale

  • Computer literacy - ability to learn and use a wide variety of software applications and hardware

  • Willingness to learn new products and industry specific changes


Monday to Friday 37 hour week, 22 days holiday.

Salary is £16k
