This is a full time, permanent position with standard office hours Monday-Friday.
This role would require the successful candidate to utilise the skills and knowledge gained in the field within an office environment. You will be managing the delivery of the provided services by performing onsite inspections and investigations, drafting reports, and keeping relevant information updated.
You will also answer technical enquiries over the phone/email, speak with customers about any issues, attend meetings and manage the technical consultants.
This is a busy role, and would suit someone with the following experience –
• Knowledge of the heating sector and associated legislation
• IT literate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well organised
