2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support Analyst (ITIL, Windows, Citrix, SQL)
2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support Analyst working with a leading Lloyd's/London market insurance company in the City. Initial 6 month contract covering a maternity leave, providing technical 2nd/3rd line support as an escalation point for the service desk.
- Experience working within a Microsoft / Windows environment providing 2nd and 3rd line support
- Active Directory
- MS Exchange
- Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and Appsense
- Windows Server
- SQL scripting
