We are a global leading supplier in our field , established for over 20 years and due to growth we are seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Order Administrator to join our team. You would be working in our offices based in Farnham while being in close communication with our Head Office in he US and our manufacturing faculty in China.

Working within a team of 3, reporting to the Customer Team Leader and Operations Director you will be a pivotal support to the order fulfilment and customer service experience to our clients. The Technical Sales Order Administrator role will include the following duties:
Loading orders on to our Computer Processing System
Confirming exact products required with the customers.
Dealing with customised and be spoke requirements, working to specifications and measurements.
Liaising directly with customers to confirm exact and detailed Service Bureau requirements and relaying them accurately back to our Production Facility in China.
Dealing with any queries that the customer has regarding their current orders or orders that they might place in the future.
Resolving any complaints that customers may have in a satisfactory and timely fashion.
Liaising with Engineering to create New Product Specifications for unique items required by the customer.
Researching and obtaining resolution of a variety of Customer issues, serving as communications link between Customers and Sales staff to ensure responsiveness, tracking order activity and alerting appropriate staff of any potential delivery/logistics/quality problems or material handling issues.
Expediting delivery of selected orders, approval of freight bills and occasionally assuming responsibility for accounting related duties.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £30k, 25 days holiday and Free Parking. Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm
To be successful for the Technical Sales Order Administrator role, you must have previous order processing, order management,sales administration and/or customer service experience in a printing, IT or technical environment with the ability to multi task whilst maintaining an organised approach. You will be PC literate and an advanced user of Excel. Experience with Great Planes would be an advantage however, use of any CRM or ERP systems is a must. A high attention to detail and good grammar and sentence structure skills is also essential.
