Job Title: Tech. Sales Engineer - Building Envelope Membranes / Air Tightness / Air & Vapour Control
Remuneration: £35,000 - £42,500 (Dep. On Experience) + £5k of basic salary bonus

ROLE:
* Selling a range of manufactured high performance building envelope membranes, air tightness and vapour control products
* Generating specifications via Architects and ensuring specifications are managed successfully through to Main and Specialist Sub Contractors
* Managing project pull through successfully utilising both National and Independent Merchant network
* Taking over an already successful territory to develop the product brand even further
* 60% of your time will be spent managing and expanding existing client relationships
* Remaining 40% of your time will be spent generating new business relationships
* Working alongside the internal sales, site services and technical divisions
* Covering a territory which will incorporate the North West, Yorkshire, East & West Midlands as well as East Anglia and Northern Home Counties

PERSON:
* Must have a demonstrable track record in sales of building envelope system sales such as: building envelope systems, cladding support products, EWI, Render, external wall insulation, roofing membranes, cladding membranes, cladding, curtain walling, facades, façade support systems, steel frame systems, fire / acoustic building envelope solutions, solar shading or façade insulation
* Experienced in sales of technical products with experience of building regulations / technical drawings
* Understanding or appreciation for building performance surrounding acoustic / fire / thermal efficiency / air tightness
* Capable of dealing with projects from specification through to completion
* Able to manage distribution route to market 'pull through' sales
* Commercially astute, professional, organised
