We have recently restructured our Technical Recruitment Division at CCS Recruitment. As part of our plans and strategy we currently need to recruit an experienced successful Recruitment Professional to enable the division to hit both short and long-term targets.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate above average business development skills along with communication skills inherent of a driven individual working closely with clients, job seekers and peers alike.
We envisage the preferred person will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in Recruitment. We are open to interviewing people outside the construction recruitment remit who are successful in other white-collar sectors. Of course, a thorough knowledge of the Permanent and/or the Temporary Recruitment process is a must.
